Control of html, frames and data (html and frames to ../www and data to ../blocks) – normally output to $TCT_HOME/www and $TCT_HOME/blocks.
FLAGS:
-B don’t write ANY binary data blocks (writes by default)
-h emit HTML code rather than ASCII text
-H save the HTML frames code in this directory
-D write the data blocks into this directory
-w use this directory to write all the HTML code
This makes a portable dataset, otherwise, full $TCT_HOME is encoded in links – EGAD!
