Req Dependencies

Req has a few prerequisites to be able to use it:

• You need to have Perl installed. (Version 4.036 is recomended. There are a few minor bugs getting it to work with Perl5 -- a new release should be made shortly with the neccessary fixes.)
• You need a half decent C compiler, gcc is probably best.
• For the tkReq interface you need tcl/tk.
• For the Emacs interface you need emacs (duh!).
• You need to know a little about UNIX and installing programs. (i.e. You need a Clue.)
